Spring Brunch!!

Finally, the long cold winter is receding! It almost feels like spring has arrived - almost! Nights in the 30's are keeping the trees from leafing out, but it's also letting mother nature's annual flower and bulb show continue on a little longer! We want fresh! And what better than a beautiful poached egg complemented by a fresh and spring-like cherry tomato, arugula and red onion salad, along with some caponata for a mediterranean touch, with its slightly spicy, almost creamy texture, to balance the flavors. A mimosa on the side completes the picture! Hurray for spring!
