Post Christmas Atlantic Salmon!!

Yum!! Start by sauteeing a sliced onion till golden, then add salmon, skin down. This fantastic fresh caught Atlantic Salmon - is then sauteed on both sides - get the skin crispy, then turn! Add dry white wine to the pan once the fish is removed, and a tablespoon or two of cream (or sour cream) - season to taste!
